Shipping Policy
All products are shipped directly from China to Europe (including Germany, Austria, France, Portugal, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and other European countries) and, where applicable, to other international destinations.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within standard business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, customers receive tracking information when available.
Nature of Shipping Service
Shipping is considered a service contracted by the customer at the moment of purchase.
By placing an order, the customer authorizes Yiwu EXPRECHINA e-commerce firm to arrange transportation on their behalf with an international carrier.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, the shipping service is deemed rendered and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may be included in the product price.
Even when shipping appears to be included or “free,” the transportation service remains a paid service that forms part of the transaction. Once the shipment has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept the parcel, the customer is responsible for:

Returns Policy
Customers may request a return within the legally applicable withdrawal period from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions

Refunds
Refunds will cover the value of the returned products only.
